Nobel Prize Series a big hit, so is CM for taking the initiative

PANAJI: Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has drawn a huge round of applause from various quarters, especially the teaching community, for taking the initiative of organising the second edition of the Nobel Prize Series “ India 2018, an annual event that hosts lectures, conferences, exhibitions, roundtables, etc, which was held at the Kala Academy in the week just gone by.
Teachers who sang in praise of the event were happy for their students who got an opportunity with other learned section of the audience to pose questions to legendary scientists from around the world. Students learnt a lot vis a vis how to look at a subject, how it works, feels, and its vision, said the teachers who attended the function.
Pushing the the usual political subjects in the State aside, the organizers were successful in organizing such a big event where renowned scientists and experts from the field of education expressed happiness over the topics of education, science and research.
Since Goa is a tourism destination, there are many festivals which celebrate many events mainly entertainment, intellectual and cultural -- the Kosambi Festival of Ideas which draws renowned speakers from around the world, is one such mega event in the forefront of programmes held in the State. Now, it's Nobel Prize Series adding to the long line of events that Goa will be hosting. Students were thrilled with the Nobel Prize series on the opening day.
According to Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar, this series henceforth will be conducted every year so that students get a chance too often to listen the Nobel laureates as they did this year.

* The history of the twentieth century research is raised through this exhibition
* From this exhibition, students will have a treasure to learn something different
* Students are turning up in large numbers to get real experience of this treasure
* A good number of students are seen at the venue of the exhibition
* The participation of students from the science stream is showing more
* This exhibition will continue till February 28
