No-confidence motion at Assagao
MAPUSA: Four panchas have moved a no-confidence motion against Assagao Sarpanch Priyanaka Sangelkar.
Deputy Sarpanch Victor D'Souza, Rajesh Naik, Anand Kandolkar and Jalinder Gaonkar signed the no-confidence motion notice, which was submitted to the BDO and the panchayat director.
Sangelkar was the sarpanch of the seven-member Assagao Panchayat for the last 4 years.
