It states that in spite of clear directions, these four officers failed to carry out their duties properly causing huge pendency of work in the department. The order further says, "The pendency of work shows their dishonesty and negligence towards the work. Also, these officials are irregular in their office timings, very arrogant, full of misconduct and misbehaviour, totally lack subject knowledge and office management capability."
