Offence filed for trespass, assault
MARGAO: Acting on the directions of JMFC, Margao, the Margao police have registered an offence against three persons, who are suspected to have allegedly trespassed into the house of the complainant and assaulted his father and threatened him with dire consequences on January 16, at Fatorda.
Margao town police also claim that one of the suspects among the trio is also suspected to have stopped the brother of the complainant when he was returning home and allegedly assaulted him and damaged his bike.
The Margao town police have registered an offence under Sections 448, 504, 323, 509, 506 (ii), 341, 427 r/w 34 of IPC. Further investigations are in progress.
