The Additional Director of Panchayats (ADP) adjourned the Old Goa structure case to December 6 when it came up for hearing on Thursday.
At the next hearing, ADP SP Naik Goltekar has asked the appellant, Corvus Infrastructures, and the respondent, Se Old Goa panchayat, to file their replies to the intervention application of the fourth intervenor, Agnelo Barretto.
ADP Goltkear has further extended the stay granted to the appellant.
Later speaking to reporters, Adv Sahil Sardessai, counsel for Barretto, informed that the appellant and the respondent will file replies to his client’s intervention application at the next hearing.
“Only after that, the ADP will take up the intervention applications of all the intervenors for final arguments,” Adv Sardessai informed while stating that the stay granted to the appellant has also been extended till the next date.
