One dies of accident injuries
A pillion rider succumbed to injuries which he sustained after the rider of a two-wheeler lost control over his scooter.
According to Cuncolim police, the accident occurred on September 18, one Baylon. who was riding a scooter and on which Jose was riding pillion, lost control of the scooter and as a result both were thrown off the two-wheeler at Sarzora-Chinchinim. Resultantly, the pillion rider sustained injuries to which he succumbed while undergoing treatment at GMC, Bambolim.
Cuncolim police have registered an offence under Sections 279 and 304-A of IPC. Further investigations are in progress.
