Ponda Police have arrested Afran Manzoor Bhatkar-aged 25 resident of Baina “ Vasco on charges of having stolen an amount of Rs.72, 256 from Balaji Enterprises at Sadar-Ponda. After 10 pm on 28th July 2024.
According to police, the aforesaid accused entered the shop at night and decamped with the cash. The owner of the shop, Rahul Dalmiya had filed a complaint with Ponda police station on Tuesday. Under the guidance of Police Inspector Tushar Lotlikar, Sub-Inspector Krishna Gawas conducted the investigation and arrested the accused late on Tuesday night.
