One held for withdrawing money with stolen cheques

the goan I network\rPONDA\r \rPonda Police informed that the manager of a company based in Ponda lodged a complaint stating that an unidentified person stole cheques from the office and withdrew Rs 2 lakh this week. \rAfter investigation, police traced the accused, Yogesh Gavli, who had withdrawn the money from a bank at Fatorda. The accused used two cheques to withdraw the money. An offence has been registered under Section 379 of IPC. As the accused is not connected with the company, police is investigating how the cheques were in his possession.
