In a stabbing incident reported in Anjuna, one person was seriously injured on Sunday, police informed. The injured has been identified as Namdev Walavalkar.
According to Anjuna Police the victim was stabbed by the alleged accused Oberoi D’Cruz with a knife on Sunday noon in a premeditated attack. Police said the victim suffered injuries to his chest and abdomen. He was rushed to the North Goa District Hospital, Mapusa where he is undergoing treatment.
The police are investigating further.
