Paliencar meets UAE Goans, vows to address issues

Goa Forward MLA and Fisheries Minister Vinoda Paliencar met and interacted with the Goan community residing in UAE and shared their concerns related to challenges encountered in Goa.

The meeting was organised by Goa Forwad, UAE office.

Paliencar vowed to address certain issues of those Goans that attended the meeting. Issues relating to birth certificates, handling of deceased NRI Goan expatriates upon reaching Goa and business licensing were discussed.

The minister urged all Goans to engage with UAE Goa Forward and be an integral part of voice of NRI Goans.

He also pledged his support to Goans and suggested they integrate with the Indian Consulate in Dubai.
