The stage is set for the cross examination of then Panaji Police Station in-charge, Sudesh Naik in the 2008 Panaji police station attack case.
Examination of then PI Sudesh, who is presently heading the Panaji police sub-division as the DySP, ended on Friday before Special Judge Irshad Agha at the South Goa Sessions Court on Friday.
Judge Agha has fixed cross examination of the Sudesh at the next date of hearing.
The Court has so far examined Sudesh and the IO in connection with the Panaji police station attack case alleging involving incumbent Panaji MLA and Revenue Minister Atanasio Monserrate, MLA wife Jennifer Monserrate and 33 other accused persons.
