The ordinary gram sabha meeting of the Village Panchayat of Penha de Franca will be held on February 3 at 10.30 am at community hall of village panchayat library.
The agenda for the meeting includes presentation of audit report for the year 2017-18, to approve the proposed budget for the year 2019-20 and to discuss on the letters/memorandums received from governmnt departments. Also to be discussed are the proposals and suggestions received from the residents.
A resident of Penha de Franca, whose name is enrolled in the electoral role of Village Panchayat of Penha de Franca and who desires to place any developmental suggestion before the gram sabha can send it in writing to the Sarpanch before January 30 by 12 noon.
