Burglars decamped with five mobile phones and wallets with cash amounting to Rs 5.07 lakh from an apartment hotel at Upasnagar-Velsao on Thursday morning.
According to Verna police, an 18-year-old student from North East Delhi filed a police complaint stating unknown accused had stolen five iPhones and wallets contains cash and bank cards worth Rs 5.07 lakh belonging to him and his friends on Thursday, sometime between 7 am and 9 am, from an apartment hotel in Upasnagar, Velsao.
Verna police has registered an offence under Section 380 of IPC against unknown accused person and PSI Pravin Shimepurushkar is carrying out further investigation under the supervision of PI Diago Gracias and guidance of Mormugao DySP Salim Shaikh.c
