Pickup topples on Atal Setu

A driver escaped with minor injuries when a loaded pickup skidded and toppled on its side on the Atal Setu on Thursday.

According to Porvorim police, the incident took place as the pickup was proceeding from Porvorim to Panaji.

Porvorim Head Constable Dinesh Walaulkar and a police team went to the spot and utilised the services of a crane to remove the tempo form the bridge. Porvorim police have registered the case as a self-accident.
