As the state observes yet another road safety and traffic week, can the Margao Municipal Council babus and city fathers tell Madgavkars the fate of the Municipal Road Safety & Traffic Management Committee, which among other things was supposed to ensure a comprehensive Road Safety & Traffic Management Plan for the town, covering roads, state highway and national highway.
