Prog for girl child conducted

PANAJI: Village Panchayat Child Committee, Siolim-Marna, launched the Diwali vacation programme for the girl child of Siolim.

Chief guest Olive Fernandes inaugurated the flower making, soft toy and embroidery programme. She asked the children to used their talent for constructive work instead of wasting their time on electronic gadgets. She praised the committee for organizing the camp.

Chairperson of VPCC-Slm and GFDC-Siolim Gregory D’Souza was present. The instructor for the programme was Suvidha V Shinde while Felicita and Fabiola coordinated the programme which was held at St Francis Xavier High School Siolim.

Clare D’Souza secretary proposed the vote of thanks.
