Prog on stress management held
Porvorim: Giants Group of Porvorim Saheli organised a talk on stress management for the teachers of Sanjay School for Special Education, Porvorim. Resource faculty was Prof Govindraj Desai, Principal of Harmal Panchakroshi Higher Secondary School, Harmal-Pernem.
He elaborated in detail on the causes of stress. He interacted with the staff and suggested tips to manage stress. He also suggestted remedies to overcomestress.
The Headmaster of the school Tatu Kundalkar welcomed, while Bhavna Bicholkar, president of Porvorim Saheli briefed about the programme. Apoorva Prabhu compered the programme.
