Raj Bhavan gardens open on Dec 19
PANAJI: The façade of Raj Bhavan and the gardens will be illuminated on December 19, on Goa Liberation Day. The citizens are invited to come and see the illumination from 7.15 pm to 9 pm on the same day.
Entry into the buildings is however not allowed. For security reasons, citizens are requested not to bring handbags, briefcases, cameras, digital diary or any arms and ammunition.
