I cannot take part in this shouting match,” Pratapsingh Rane said after the House was adjourned for the third time no sooner had it reconvened after lunch. rLater speaking to media persons, Rane reiterated his stand, but said that he wasn’t only speaking about his own party. “I even saw some ministers from the ruling side standing and shouting. This is not the way to conduct business. We are here to raise issues of the people and not waste public money on shouting,” Rane said. rHe also defended himself saying that he waited until the afternoon to bring up the issue. “The CM has already said that he would call for a meeting to bring up the matter where he will discuss the issue. So let’s see whether he withdraws the circular,” Rane said. rUntil that point, the Congress had the state government on its knees securing no sooner its adjournment motion was denied by the speaker.
