PANAJI: The Revolutionary Goans Party (RGP) has announced newly constituted executive committees for North Goa, South Goa and Kushavati districts, in a move aimed at strengthening the party’s organisational structure and grassroots presence across Goa.
In an official statement on Sunday, the party said the appointments, made with immediate effect, will bring together experienced party workers and dedicated members who will be responsible for leading, strengthening and managing party activities in their respective districts.
“The constitution of these district committees reflects RGP’s continued focus on building a strong, organised and people-oriented political movement, with greater participation and leadership at the district and grassroots levels,” the statement read.
The North Goa committee is headed by Michael Queiroz as President and Rohan Mohan Naik as Vice President. Shivdas Naik has been appointed General Secretary, with Neeraj Dhamaskar as Secretary. Tushar Gawas and Ganpat Gaonker will serve as Additional Secretaries, while Benny Anes has been appointed Treasurer. The Executive Members are Dinanath Govekar, Rudraksh Haldankar, Nitesh Naik and Kalpesh Gaonkar.
The South Goa committee will be led by Dagley Fernandes as President, with Fabio Fernandes as Vice President and Gauresh Borkar as General Secretary. Franky Rogtao has been appointed Secretary. Yogesh Naik and Agnelo D'Cruz will serve as Additional Secretaries, while Sibel Dias has been appointed Treasurer. The Executive Members are Anthony Roberts, Austrin D'Costa, Narendra Gaude and Dhanraj Naik.
The Kushavati District Committee will be headed by Vishal Desai as President and Alwin Fernandes as Vice President. Gilbert Fernandes will serve as General Secretary, while Gaurang Kamat has been appointed Secretary. Neelam Malvankar and Sanjan Naik will serve as Additional Secretaries, with Gauresh Gaonkar as Treasurer. The Executive Members are Sahil Paiingkar, Chandan Komarpant, Conny Menezes and Pritesh Bonaikar.
The party congratulated all the newly appointed office-bearers and executive members and expressed confidence that the new district leadership will work with commitment, discipline and dedication to serve the people of Goa and strengthen the party’s core values at the grassroots level.
