VALPOI
A scooter rider was seriously injured when a car and scooter collided with each other along the Honda-Valpoi road at Bhuipal on Monday.
According to reports, a local, Laxman Shinde, was riding the scooter while the car was in the oncoming direction. Shinde sustained multiple injuries and was initially shifted to a hospital in Sattari, before being referred to the GMC hospital at Bambolim. His condition is reported to be serious.
Both vehicles were badly damaged in the accident. A Valpoi police team went to the site and conducted the Pachamama and further investigation is underway under the guidance of Valpoi PI Harish Gawas.
