RPF nabs five suspects for theft on rails
MARGAO:The Railway Protection Force (RPF) has nabbed five suspects, who are alleged to have been involved in theft on rails.
A press release issued by KR authorities informs that these five suspects allegedly committed theft of items and cash amounting to Rs 19,000 belonging to passengers travelling by rail.
The KR authorities claimed these five suspects were caught red-handed with the help of CCTV footage with mobile worth Rs 8,000, cash amounting to Rs 10,000 and some clothes on January 16.
They were later handed over to KR police for further investigations and action, adds the press release.
