Crime Branch has arrested and overstaying Russian under ‘Operation Flushout’. Accused identified as Evgenii Shelupukho (40) was arrested from a rented premises in Arambol on charges of illegally staying without passport/visa. The Russian consulate has been informed about the arrest.
