On Tuesday, Pele noticed the man fighting to reach the shore as he was caught in strong rip currents.

In the dramatic footage, Pele can be seen pulling the man onto his jet ski and bringing him safely back to the beach. After the rescue, he told the couple that he values tourists because they support his livelihood.
