Sakshi Jagannath Patil, a student of Dr M S Sheshagiri College of Engineering and Technology, has bagged first place and a gold medal in the Vishweshwaraiya Technological University ranking in the academic year 2021-22 in biomedical engineering field.
Hailing from Kuchi-Kavathemahakal in Maharashtra, Sakshi will be feted at the hands of Karnataka Governor Thavarchand Gehlot and Vice-Chancellor Dr Vidyashankar S and be given a gold medal on February 24.
Sakshi passed SSC with 93.01% from Love Dale Central School in Belagavi. She did her higher secondary education in GSS College passing with 91.33%, also in Belagavi. She graduated from Vishweshwaraiya Technological University with first rank and a gold medal.
After her higher education at KLE Technological University in Belagavi, Sakshi is now working in a MNC as assistant system manager in Bengaluru. “I could achieve this success and the gold medal due to constant reading, regular studying, guidance of the professors and support from my parents,” stated Sakshi while speaking to media.
Her father Jagannath Patil works as project manager at B G Shirke Construction Technology Pvt Ltd company at NIT Goa.
