To mark the 83rd birth anniversary of Sanatan Sanstha’s founder, Dr. Jayant Balaji Athavale, and the organisation’s silver jubilee, the Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnaad Mahotsav will be held from May 17 to 19, 2025, at the Engineering College Ground, Farmagudi, Ponda.

More than 25,000 seekers and devout Hindus—including Saints, Mahants, and dignitaries from 23 countries—are expected to attend. Over 5,000 participants will be from Goa alone. The event aims to take another step toward establishing Ramrajya and reviving core tenets of Sanatan Dharma such as the cow, Ganga, Gayatri, temples, and Vedic scriptures, said Sanstha spokesperson Abhay Vartak.

The press conference at Hotel Pan Aroma, Ponda, was attended by former IAS officer Arun Desai, ex-Election Commissioner Narayan Navati, Shree Shantadurga priest Pranav Sadhale, entrepreneur Jayant Miringkar, Anil Naik, and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti’s Goa coordinator Satyavijay Naik.
