A physical education teacher at a school in Sanguem has been accused of outraging the modesty of a school girl in Sanguem.
Sanguem police received a complaint on Thursday stating that accused PE teacher had called the victim girl at an isolated place in Sanguem and allegedly outraged her modesty on December 2 between 2 and 3 pm.
Sanguem police have booked the accused under Section 354 IPC, Section 8 (2) of Goa Children’s Act 2003, Section 9 (F) and 10 of POCSO Act 2012. Police is investigating the case.
