The parked school bus of S S Angle Higher Secondary School engulfed in flames at Dapot-Maxem.

A school bus belonging to the S S Angle Higher Secondary School at Dapot-Maxem in Canacona was gutted in a fire on Thursday night.
Onlookers noticed the school bus, which was parked in the premises of the HSS and across the NH66 highway, engulfed in flames at about 8.30 pm and notified the Canacona fire station.
By the time a fire brigade from Chapoli reached the site, the school bus was almost reduced to ashes.
Though the cause of the fire is being ascertained, a short circuit is believed to have caused the fire to the school bus.
