The Bombay High Court at Goa has issued notice, on a plea filed by one Shubham D Phadte and others who were among those who had responded to the State government’s advertisement for the recruitment of Junior Scale Officer (Deputy Superintendent of Police) was cancelled.
The petitioners have sought directions from the High Court that the selection process be reinstated and taken to its conclusion.
