Goan Seamen Association of India (GSAI) will be organising their 5th Seafarers' Nite 2016, on January 1, at Quinta de Valarades, Verna, from 7.30 pm onwards.
Goa’s top bands Sky High and The Big City Band will be entertaining the crowd. The highlight of the evening will be the crowning of the 'Seafarers' Queen 2016' and the lucky entrance will win a free return airline ticket from GOAÂ-LOS ANGELES-BOSTONÂ-ATLANTA sponsored by Qatar Airways.
Calangute MLA Michael Lobo will be the chief guest. This year, the organisers expect a lot of guests from Dubai, England and Australia, says president Dixon Vaz in a statement released on Thursday.
