Shortly after celebrating Holi together at the Lord Damodar Temple in Fatorda, BJP Goa State president Damu Naik and Goa Forward Party chief Vijai Sardesai proceeded to the SGPDA ground, where they hosted Holi festivities at separate venues.
Naik organised a large-scale celebration at the main SGPDA ground, drawing a significant gathering of party leaders and supporters. Among those present were PWD Minister Digambar Kamat, Navelim MLA Ulhas Tuemkar, NRI Commissioner Narendra Sawaikar and Margao Municipal Chairperson Damodar Shirodkar, along with several other BJP functionaries.
The celebrations featured lively performances by Abhang Repost and popular Goan band Seven Notes, as thousands of revellers, drenched in colour, joined the festivities.
