For the first time, the Shigmo parade, which was till last year conducted along the 18th June road, was shifted to the Miramar“Dona Paula road.
The Shigmo procession received overwhelming response with the streets being filled with spectators on either side of the parade route.
Traffic along the Miramar“Dona Paula route was diverted via other routes and a special bus service between the KTC bus stand and Miramar circle was introduced by the KTC.
