Flotillas arrive for IBSAMAR exercise

The South African naval ship 'Spioenkop' and Brazilian naval ship 'Amazonas' are visiting Goa, as part of the multi-nation naval exercise 'IBSAMAR' to be held off the coast of Goa.
The South African ship is commanded by Capt Mark Boucher and the Brazilian ship is commanded by Cdr AC Imumura. The ships participated in the recently concluded International Fleet Review at Visakhapatnam.
Capt Mark Boucher, SA Navy and Cdr AC Imumura, Brazilian Navy called on Rear Admiral Puneet K Bahl, VSM, Flag Officer Commanding Goa Naval Area on Thursday, states a press note by the Navy.
