St Andre MLA Viresh Borkar inaugurated the works of hot-mixing of Siridao roads which were pending since the past six years.
After the inaugural, Borkar informed that the works will be taken up at a cost of over Rs 90 lakh and it includes the work of hotmixing as well as tarring.
“The work on these roads was pending for several years and I thank the PWD officials for their contribution towards approval of the works,” the MLA added while stating that many more such road works will be inaugurated in St Andre constituency in the coming months.
Siridao panchas Bharat Shirodkar and Joylon Afonso along with villagers, PWD officials, contractor and others were present.
