Snehal is Reis Magos Dy Sarpanch

Snehal Gaonkar was on Friday elected as the new deputy sarpanch of Reis Magos Panchayat.
Gaonkar was elected unopposed when the election process was taken up at the panchayat office.
Virendra Shirodkar proposed Snehal Gaonkar’s name for the post of deputy sarpanch, while Parsam Desai seconded it.
The election was necessitated after former deputy sarpanch Deepali Korgaonkar resigned on October 23.
BDO representative Shaesh Parab conducted the meeting. All the 11 panchayat members were present for the meeting.
Meanwhile, Sushmita Talkatkar resigned as the co-opted member of the panchayat on November 28.
