Clicking photos in a river proved costly for a 28-year-old man from Taleigao, after he went missing in the river at Movacho Guno in Sonali-Sattari on Monday evening.

The missing youth, Sagun Kamat Shankhwalkar, is a relative of former India football captain, Bramhanand Shankhwalkar.
According to Valpoi Police Inspector Deepak Pednekar, Sagun had gone along with a friend to the Mhadei river at Movacho Guno in Sonali to do some photography. While shooting snaps, Sagun enter into the river but slipped and disappeared into the water.
The friend raised an alarm and the police and a fire brigade rushed to the site. Despite efforts, Sagun could not be located till late Monday evening. Valpoi police is investigating the incident.
