The Goan Genius, an educative contest based on general knowledge began on June 10. Students can answer questions and win amazing prizes. (Turn to page 12 for the contest).
Students as well as contestants from the open group can participate in this unique contest where questions based on common knowledge will be asked and options of answers provided.
The contest gives students a unique opportunity to showcase their hidden talent and also develop a reading habit.
Over the next 90 days, students will be tested daily for their knowledge based on content provided on The Goan Genius page (See page 12).
Participants will have to choose among the answer options provided and be eligible for prizes.
Students will have to cut and paste their answer coupon in the chart to be published in The Goan on June 20.
To be eligible for prizes, a minimum of 70 coupons need to be pasted on the chart and submitted at the specified centres.
Those who missed out on the first day’s question can call up the numbers provided below and catch up with the contest.
Prizes like Electrical Cycle, iPad, Alexa Echo, Monster Truck, Smart Watch, LCD Writing Tablet and ten consolation prizes are up for grabs. There is an assured prize for every participant.
