In a press statement, Jenny said the assault on Director Conception de Tuem by persons not connected to her family is highly condemnable and such incidents should not take place. “I understand that the tiatr Answer was disturbed at Vasco and Margao on earlier dates by members of the public. I had merely made my point by questioning him on the stage to make my point and I have nothing to do with the assault on him, which I condemn in the strongest words,” she said in the statement.
Jenny however, demanded that the producer and director of the tiatr should identify the flat in Madel, Margao, where her husband lives with his alleged mistress and the flat shall forthwith be conveyed to such person free of cost, adding that the director should stop misleading the public by claiming that her husband has been singing personal songs against family members of politicians.
“The tiatr is allegedly a collection of distortions, untruths and falsehoods, designed to convey a patently false image of my husband and our family life. The characters in the tiatr are given names also identical to our real life names, namely Franzie for Francis and Jenny for myself, which is my actual name. It is maliciously alleged in the tiatr that my husband has deserted me for another woman and lives with her in a flat at Madel, Margao, which is untrue. The entire tiatr is designed to create discord between me and my husband by alleging that my husband has ordered me to leave the marital house and go to my parents’ house. I am depicted in very poor light in the tiatr contrary to my happy married life. We have a six and a half year old son who is also being teased by his school mates on the basis of the tiatr. Our entire family life is therefore turned upside down.”
