How to store coriander
Moist paper towels: Trim the ends under cool running water, remove any damaged or dying leaves, soak the coriander and place in a dish and cover the stems with cool water and let them soak for five to ten minutes.
Remove excess water: Pat the coriander dry in between layers of clean, dry paper towels till almost completely dry.
Wrap: Wrap the coriander in a damp paper towel so that all sides are covered and place in an airtight container.
Referigerate: Keep in the refrigerator and it will be good for a week or so
