VASCO: Mormugao Municipal Council (MMC) on Wednesday has written to the Tourism department to tighten the security at Baina beach.
According to information from MMC Chief Officer Agnelo Fernandes, MMC had received several complaints that some vendors were selling wares at Baina beach had become a nuisance to tourists arriving at the beach.
“After receiving several complaints, I have finally written to the Director of Tourism, Tourism department to tighten security at Baina beach in order to tackle the nuisance,” said Fernandes.
