Two booked for wrongful obstruction

CURCHOREM: Two persons including a woman have been accused of restraining and obstructing a person at Paroda over some dispute.

According to Quepem Police, Ankit Kumar of Shirvoi-Quepem complained that the accused obstructed and wrongfully restrained him while he was travelling from Margao to Quepem. The incident took place at Paroda road at about 3 pm on Monday.

Police sources informed that the accused also abused Kumar over some dispute and threatened him of dire consequences.

Quepem Police have booked both the accused under Sections 341, 323, 504 of IPC. Head Constable Santosh Kolambkar is investigating the case.
