Maina Curtorim Police have registered a kidnapping case against a man from Uttar Pradesh for allegedly abducting the complainant’s minor cousin sister.
The incident reportedly took place near the Carbon Factory at Nessai. The accused, Pankaj Nishad, a resident of Nessai and originally from Uttar Pradesh, is alleged to have taken the minor girl from the lawful guardianship of her family.
A case has been registered under Section 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Section 8 of the Goa Children’s Act.
