The Cuncolim police have registered a FIR following a dog bite case at Velim. The police alleged that the owner of the dog negligently omitted to take measures of the dog in his possession so as to guard the probable danger to human life. The incident took place on 19 November 2025 at about 7.30 pm in Caroi, Velim, when the accused is said to have not taken the required steps to keep his dog under control.
