MARGAO:
Velim MLA Cruz Silva has on Thursday urged the authorities to take immediate action as the Electricity department has scheduled a power shutdown in Margao and Fatorda on May 18, the same day as the JEE Advanced Entrance exam.
The Velim MLA said students answering the entrance exam at the Don Bosco Engineering college, Fatorda must have uninterrupted power supply for this crucial test.
“I urge the authorities to take immediate action to ensure exam centres are not affected by the Power shut down”, he added.
