Verna police led by PI Sherif Jaques on Saturday arrested three youth in connection with mobile snatching incidents reported under its jurisdiction.
According to sources, all the accused are teenagers.
"Verna Police arrested three accused persons Akshay Talwar, Aslam Momin and Sarvesh Bahadur all 19-year-olds and residents of Margao. They have been arrested in three different cases of mobile snatching. Verna police have recovered three mobile phones worth Rs 40,000 and also attached two bikes which were used in the crime. Further investigation is underway," said the source.
