The South Goa Sessions Court on Friday released on bail two more accused arrested in the Swapnil Walke murder case who were charged with helping the main accused Omkar Patil, Mustafa Sheikh and Evander Rodrigues to procure firearms from Bihar.
Accused Shani Kumar and Rahul Kumar were granted conditional bail by the court on Friday. The Court had earlier released on bail the third accused Kundan Kumar.
In separate orders, the court directed to release of the two accused persons on executing a personal bond of Rs 20,000 with two identical sureties.
They have been directed to remain present in court for the hearing from time to time.
