The Goa Coastal Zone Management Agency (GCZMA) claims to have resolved issues on waterlogging at the venue and is all set to hold public hearing for the draft Coastal Zone Management Plan (GCZMP) in North Goa on July 8.
When contacted, GCZMA Member Secretary Dashrath Redkar said the waterlogging issues at the Campal Parade ground had been resolved and proper arrangements have been made at the venue.
“Large pandals have been erected and the collectorate has been told to depute police force to manage the crowd,” said Redkar.
Redkar said 500 persons have so far registered online to submit their suggestions on the draft GCZMP.
