Will Mapusa Council act? Kavlekar says will bring order

Mapusa Municipal Council Chairperson Rohan Kavlekar who has been promising of putting systems in place has said that the council will act tough against such roadside mechanics and garages.

And to put systems in place and bring order in Mapusa, Kavlekar said he has full backing of Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar. “The chief minister promised to give me all the support, financial and otherwise, if I take some strict decisions to restore order and discipline in Mapusa,” Kavlekar said.   
He said with the support of his colleagues and the chief minister, the council will take some tough action in days to come to bring much-needed changes in the town.
