A 24-year-old woman who had attempted to end her life in Ponda died while undergoing treatment at the Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMC) on Wednesday.
Raksha Rajendra Naik from Wadi-Talaulim had attempted to end her life on February 1 and was admitted to the Ponda Sub District hospital. She was later shifted to the GMC hospital for further treatment and breathed her last on Wednesday. Ponda police is investigating the matter.
