A 29-year-old labourer lost his life after falling off the rooftop of a warehouse under construction at Verna on Monday at around 10 am, in an incident that has once again raised concerns over safety measures at construction sites.
The deceased has been identified as Peshkar Ashok Kumar of Farrukhabad in Uttar Pradesh, who had been working as a helper for the past two months at the warehouse.
